Partner Terms

• You work for yourself. You are not an employee, agent or partner in the legal sense of Helloo Bhaiaah. Nothing here creates an employment relationship.
• You decide when to go online and which offers to accept. You use your own tools and materials, and you are responsible for your own taxes (including GST where it applies), licences and insurance.

• You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to work in India.
• To receive jobs you must upload an Aadhaar card, a PAN card, a profile photo and a skill certificate, consent to us verifying them, and be approved by our team.
• Documents must be genuine and your own. False or altered documents lead to immediate removal. We may ask you to re-verify at any time.

• When you are online and approved, matching jobs near you are offered to you. You have 30 seconds to accept an offer. Each offer shows the location, distance, schedule and what you will earn before you decide.
• When you accept, you commit to do the job at the booked time. Mark each step honestly: on the way, arrived, started, completed.
• Frequent cancellations after accepting, no-shows or late arrivals can lead to a review of your account.

• Be punctual, polite and professional, and carry your ID.
• Do the work described. Tell the customer before any extra work or spare parts, and only charge extra if they agree.
• Respect the customer's home and property. Keep their personal data (name, number, address) confidential and use it only for the job.
• Do not take customers or payments off the Platform for bookings made through it, and do not ask for tips or extra payments.
• Never work under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and never behave abusively or unsafely.

• For each job, the amount you earn is shown before you accept. It is the job amount less the platform fee.
• Your Earnings page shows each completed job and what you were credited.
• Where the customer pays in cash, you collect the amount due for the job. Payout timing and method for online payments are shared with you when your account is approved.

While you are heading to a job, the Platform may use your device location so the customer can follow your arrival. Allow location access when asked, and keep it on until you arrive.

Customers rate every job. Your rating is shown to customers and can affect how many offers you get.

We process your personal data and KYC documents as described in the Privacy Policy. We will ask for your consent before you submit KYC. You can ask for your data to be corrected or deleted from the Contact page.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, receive repeated serious complaints, provide false information, or the law requires. You can stop at any time by going offline and asking us to close your account.

You are responsible for the quality and safety of your own work and for any loss or damage you cause. You agree to compensate us for claims arising from your negligence, misconduct or breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction. Please raise any problem first through the Contact page so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms (current version 2026-10-16). Using the Platform after a change means you accept it.
